Any applications received after November 24, 2023 may not be accepted. IF you submit an application after this date, you will need to call 908-735-8010 to confirm if your application was accepted for this years 37th annual Guild of Clinton Christmas Parade.

Participants from prior year parades will be given first right of refusal to be in the current year parade. All new applicants, will be on a first come first served basis. Please note: Due to a very limited amount of space in the line-up area, we are limited to the number of entries that we can allow.

By checking this box you are agreeing that you understand all rules and have read the following statement: There will be ABSOLUTELY no throwing or distributing of anything from any of the parade floats or participants to spectators. There can be no Santa’s other than our real Santa Claus that is at the end of the parade. Entry MUST have a Christmas or Children’s Theme. There will be NO RAIN/SNOW DATE since the logistics of police, fire, and rescue departments, bands, special entries, etc make an alternate date impossible. You will be notified if you are in the parade. You will receive a numbered location for the line-up prior to the day of the parade. Your entry must be in position by 6:30 PM. Parade starts at 7:00 PM sharp regardless. We apologize for not being able to respond to all submissions as we have a limited number of spots available.
